The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes go through a complete destemming process before fermentation. <\/p><p>In the winery, carbonic maceration and a low-intervention production are used, followed by a <strong><strong>12-month aging in French oak barrels<\/strong><\/strong>, used in a contained way to accompany the expression of the fruit without hiding the varietal character.<\/p><p>In the glass it offers aromas of <strong>blackberries, black pepper and sweet spices.<\/strong> Its passage through the mouth is broad and fleshy, with a harmonious integration of its flavors. <\/p><p>The 2020 vintage has both national and international recognitions, including a Gold Medal and <strong>96 points at the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards, <\/strong>as well as a
