Tasting notes:
Aromas of blackberries, black pepper and sweet spices. On the palate it is a wine with a fleshy and broad character, with the different elements well integrated and balanced.

It is recommended to serve between 16 and 18 °C with beef, lamb and roast pigeon.

Dry red wine made with 100% Syrah
September Helan Voice of Terroir Shiraz 2020 is a dry red wine made with 100% Syrah by Bodega September Helan, in the Chinese region of Ningxia, at the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains.
Coming from vineyards located at an altitude of about 1,200 metres, this wine seeks to express the characteristics of the terroir of the area through the Syrah variety. The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes go through a complete destemming process before fermentation.
In the winery, carbonic maceration and a low-intervention production are used, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels, used in a contained way to accompany the expression of the fruit without hiding the varietal character.
In the glass it offers aromas of blackberries, black pepper and sweet spices. Its passage through the mouth is broad and fleshy, with a harmonious integration of its flavors.
The 2020 vintage has both national and international recognitions, including a Gold Medal and 96 points at the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards, as well as a Silver Medal and 90 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
