3.8. Order Delivery Times

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order within 72 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), although this period may vary depending on product availability or the delivery address. If the customer is not at the location at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions to contact the transport agency and arrange a new delivery. 4. Product Returns

4.1. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from product delivery to withdraw, totally or partially, from the product purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation.

In any case, if you withdraw from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:

· The product must be in the same condition as delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

· The return to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL must be made using the same box used for delivery, or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition (except for wine bottles served in wooden boxes, which can only be returned in the same unopened box).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, merely sending the product is not sufficient; you must first notify us of your exercise of this right to withdraw through a communication. • In case of withdrawal, the refund will include all shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase. However, LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL may charge additional shipping costs in the case of an unusual shipping method or express delivery.

• In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the customer will pay the return shipping costs to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL.

4.2. Return of Defective Products

Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to them, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the user. Alternatively, the user will be entitled to claim, and receive, a product identical to the one requested, in perfect condition.

4.3. Refund of Product Price
