Dry red wine made from 100% Marselan grapes, sourced from the Jinshan area, on the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains. It stands out for its aromas of violet, caramel, toasted hazelnut, and baked bread, along with fine tannins and a complex structure. A wine that expresses the character of the Helan Mountains terroir.

Tasting notes:
Appearance: Deep, brilliant ruby red color.
Nose: Floral aromas of violet, accompanied by notes of caramel, toasted hazelnut, and baked bread.
Palate: Smooth and silky entry, with notes of smoke and black pepper. Fine tannins, good structure, and a slight sweet hint on the finish. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.

September Helan Voice of Terroir Shiraz 2020 is a dry red wine made with 100% Syrah by Bodega September Helan, in the Chinese region of Ningxia, at the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains.
Coming from vineyards located at an altitude of about 1,200 metres, this wine seeks to express the characteristics of the terroir of the area through the Syrah variety. The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes go through a complete destemming process before fermentation.
In the winery, carbonic maceration and a low-intervention production are used, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels, used in a contained way to accompany the expression of the fruit without hiding the varietal character.
In the glass it offers aromas of blackberries, black pepper and sweet spices. Its passage through the mouth is broad and fleshy, with a harmonious integration of its flavors.
The 2020 vintage has both national and international recognitions, including a Gold Medal and 96 points at the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards, as well as a Silver Medal and 90 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
