Hope Rosé Demi-Doux 2025 is a semi-sweet rosé wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc by DULAAN Winery, in the Ningxia region, at the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains.

The grapes come from a plot located in the Jinshan area, on gravel and river stone soils of the alluvial fans at the foothills of the Helan Mountains, at an altitude of between 1,120 and 1,150 meters. The vineyard is currently in the process of converting to organic farming.

Harvesting is done manually in the early morning, taking advantage of the low temperatures. After a short maceration to obtain the characteristic color, the grapes are quickly separated and pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit aromas, retaining some of the residual sugar that provides its semi-sweet character.

Subsequently, the wine matures at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, without oak aging, seeking to maintain its fresh, fruity, and light profile.

With an approximate production of 10,000 bottles, Hope Rosé Demi-Doux 2025 is designed for fresh and casual consumption, especially as an aperitif and accompanying light dishes and desserts.
