Chateau Mihope
Chateau Mihope Zhen Brew – Limited Edition is a dry red wine crafted by Meihe Manor, conceived as an accessible and balanced interpretation of the terroir from its various plots.
Crafted from a selection of different varieties and plots, the grapes from plots A123, B124, C134, and D4, located at an altitude of 1,134 meters, are manually selected and fermented independently to preserve the unique characteristics of each origin.
Following selection, destemming, and crushing, the grapes undergo cold maceration before starting alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature of 26–28°C, followed by maceration for 7 to 10 days. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine is moved to oak barrels for 12 months.
The final blend seeks to achieve a balanced wine, with a precise expression of the terroir and a combination of different barrel proportions that provide greater complexity. Its profile combines red fruit, herbaceous and spicy notes, freshness, and delicate tannins, resulting in a medium-bodied, silky, and persistent red wine.
Annual production reaches approximately 80,000 bottles, with immediate availability and stable supply.
